Intune and MSGraph have a lot of data about your estate and the status of your environment. ServiceNow is the tool that many organizations use to handle CMDB, Tickets, and more. In this session, we will show you how to connect these two worlds to enable you to enrich your data in Service Now and automate actions.

What you will learn:
- How to get the right data in front of your service desk to help them resolve issues faster
- Trigger automation using MS Graph to resolve (or at least enrich) ServiceNow tickets
- How to build a custom Logic Apps Connector!

There are several community tools which help IT admins life when troubleshooting Windows and Intune. Petri has made several of these tools but there are many others too.

In this session Petri will showcase some tools and explain in more depth how some of these tools work. Actually with just two PowerShell commands we can help Windows troubleshooting a lot. But when combining PowerShell capabilities to scripts we can create unique and really helpful tools. So we will also look for some PowerShell tips and tricks which will help you.

And there is actually something new, unique and mind blowing out there and you can also be part of the community contributing The Ultimate Windows and Intune Troubleshooting Tool which Petri will also showcase. This could be the last troubleshooting tool we need to use?

AI has had some role developing these tools and it may have a bigger role in the future also. We'll also have a look how AI could help us with troubleshooting.
